Welcome to this short blog from my perspective on how to to let go of the Coronavirus coming from a mindfulness coach.
Below is a list of how to change your view into a positive aspect.
- Avoid thinking about the virus
- Limit watching the news/Social media too much to feed more negative information to the sub-conscious mind.
- Avoid talking about the virus again this will let go of the energy we are sending out about the issue.
- Avoid having any feelings of attachment of point of views about the virus, again eliminating the belief of negative energy.
- Avoid the belief about the virus even though we are aware, as again letting go of the thoughts we are projecting and the feelings we are sending out.
- Send love and gratitude to yourself and to the universe.
Once we all collaborate as one world, we will eliminate the energy of this and this will bypass as less energy that we send out to the universe will become distance to the mind.
No thoughts and feelings and beliefs and discussion = elimination as one regarding the virus.
