Hi Welcome to this blog with myself Yanni mind body and spirit in finding inner peace. This is a challenge most of the time especially if you lead a busy life however it is finding the time to give yourself you time with meditation either in the morning or in the evening to clear the mind for the day ahead or in the evening before you go to bed to clear all thoughts especially any negative thoughts and feelings which may be re-playing in your sub-conscious mind. I find the Hawaiian clearing method for the mind and using the 4 word mantra of I AM SORRY, PLEASE FORGIVE ME, I THANK YOU, I LOVE YOU helps to clear all thoughts and memories which are re-playing as we have 11 million memories re-playing per second and also is a great and relaxing peace of mind. This has helped in many ways and I am 95% clear in the mind of all thoughts and am living more in the present moment then ever before where a couple of years ago for most of my adult life, I created a habit of past thoughts and being stuck in those memories and then just re-playing those scenarios in a way of what could of been if I could of changed those moments and stuck in a negative emotion of IF ONLY, thus unable to focus on the present moment. This may be miss out on present moments as even when I was in the present in the body, the mind and soul were elsewhere, stuck in the past thoughts. So the message here is find a meditation that works for you and give yourself time to bring inner peace and even use your method in the day if you can to bring inner calmness whenever you feel you need it.
Being at a zero state of mind and thus projecting this energy with calmness of thoughts and feelings with bring amazing oneness to yourself and those around you as everyone will sense your inner calmness.
